Miloš Rác is Romani painter and sculptor. His talent for artistic modeling from sculpting clay started to come out during his obligatory military service. There he created his first works, namely various creatures from fairy tales. He got back to creative work only after 20 years. His painting is mainly abstract, the paintings are ful of colours which are, as to his belief, very typical for Roma. He lives and works in Považská Bystrica. His first exhibition was in MG ART GALLERY in Považská Bystrica in 2015. His works were exhibited in Romani museums in Martin and Brno. In 2016 he was awarded by the Roma Spirit Award in the cathegory Culture. In 2023 he made a sculptural piece as the award of the Roma Spirit, given to laureats. The picture presented is titled Lady 1. It is painted (acryl and oil paints) on canvas. The picture is without a frame, the signature is author's. The picture is 120 cm x 120 cm large.
