The painting of landscape with hamlets surrounding Detva is painted on sololit, framed by the wooden strip. Painted in 2014. The author is Tibor Olah. Amateur artist lives and works in the village Plešivec. Born in Detva, he comes from 8 siblings. He was inspired to start painting by his brother, Dušan Olah. His main theme in paintings is nature – landscape and rural settlements. His works are characteristic by distinctive colour. The paintings base material is canvas or sololit. His paintings are many times inspired by his childhood memories. Another inspiration is taken from the nature, he documents the views on the video records.
