The painting captures the landscape and sunrise over the village, with the Siron Mountains nearby Detva in the background. The colours used for painting of houses are typical for the author's work. The base material is sololit, the frame is the wooden strip. Painted in 2013.
The author is Tibor Olah. Amateur artist lives and works in the village Plešivec. Born in Detva, he comes from 8 siblings. He was inspired to start painting by his brother, Dušan Olah. His main theme in paintings is nature – landscape and rural settlements. His works are characteristic by distinctive colour. The paintings base material is canvas or sololit. His paintings are many times inspired by his childhood memories. Another inspiration is taken from the nature, he documents the views on the video records.
