Ľudovít Petík (1952 -) was born in the village of Ražňany in the district of Sabinov, to a large, classical music family of Roma, they were the rural musicians. Although he did not continue with this tradition, his children and grandchildren revived it and successfully developed it further. In the interview, he addresses the issues of the family, the state of society and the Roma community, social changes and the assessment of their impact specifically on the Roma. Mediated memories of World War II events are an important part of the testimony. He obtained these facts from his father, who was a direct participant in the war events in Slovakia and Germany.

In the time of interview she worked as the teacher's assistant at the Elementary School in Sarisske Michalany. In the same time she studied in the last year of social sciences at the University of St. Elisabeth. The studies were successfully finished in 2014. By September 2014 works as a teacher's assistant at the Hartsdown Academy in Margate, Kent County in the Great Britain. Besides Slovak she is fluent in Romani, English and Russian languages. The interview is conducted as memorial and fact providing speaking about her origins, family, locality, studies and work.
