William Shakespeare is the author of the tragedy Romeo and Juliet, published in 1597. The tragic story of young lovers from two antagonistic families has been since the subject of many original works in theater and film, as well as audio production - radio plays or audio books.
Originally a play in five acts, with a chorus, this audio dramatization is adapted into a sequence of dialogues and monologues of the main characters. The chorus is represented by a narrator opening the drama with the exposition and closing it with the narrated epilogue.
The script was written by Bc. Roman Goroľ in Romani language. Dominika Badžová, Jaroslav Mačo and Petra Husárová perform in the play. The original music was composed and recorded by Mgr. art. Barbora Botošová.
