The LUNA Band from Martin is a vocal-instrumental group of four musicians, graduates of the Košice Conservatory. Their repertoire is primarily focused on Romani and Slovak folklore compositions, partly also on the interpretation of pop songs in folkloristic arrangements and classical music.

The song Mother, Needless It is, is a Slovak folk song for dancing, with funny lyrics. It is a part of the Slovak musical repertoir of the LUNA Band.
