Horse for Love

The invitation for introduction of the book Horse for lav 2 (before Horse for Love 1, later Horse for Love 3) from the author Ladislav Tavali (1948-2012). The theme of the story is love and relationship between Roma and Slovaks. The author tells the life stories of the Psenicka and Mezga families. There are autobiographic features in the book, part of the story takes place in Sladkovicovo sugar refinery. His first book Strict Blood was published in 2007. In 2008 it was followed by the collection The Life of the Romani Children, in 2009 the book Shuko and Apolka was published.

Khamoro 2000

The invitation for the International Romani Festival Khamoro. The Festival was founded in 1999, in 2000 the then president of the Czech Republic Vaclav Havel took patronage over the Festival. The Festival was started by Jelena Silajdzic and her husband Dzemil Silajdzic: the former film producer and music professor left Sarajevo they originate from after the war conflict escalation in ex-Yugoslavia. In Prague they witnessed a strong prejudice against the Romani ethnic group what lead to starting the international Romani festival. The invitation size is 14cmx29.4cm.
