The interview was done on November 18, 2013 in Presov, conducted by Ing. Igor Duzda. Mgr. Monika Duzdova, née Rakasova, was born in the year 1968 in Sarisske Michalany, district of Sabinov. In the time of interview she worked as the teacher's assistant at the Elementary School in Sarisske Michalany. In the same time she studied in the last year of social sciences at the University of St. Elisabeth. The studies were successfully finished in 2014. By September 2014 works as a teacher's assistant at the Hartsdown Academy in Margate, Kent County in the Great Britain. Besides Slovak she is fluent in Romani, English and Russian languages. The interview is conducted as memorial and fact providing speaking about her origins, family, locality, studies and work.

The author of the embroidery Flowers is Terezia Tancosova. The artifact was made in 2006, during the project titled Feder dzivipe - Lepsi zivot (Better Life), implemented by the Civic Association for Support and Regional Development and the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Government for Romani Communities, supported by the European Social Fund. In cooperation with the Office for Labour, Social Affairs and Family there were 33 unemployed Roma selected who received training; the Association then started searching for permanent jobs for them, in various professions. Some of the worked in crafts and arts workshop lead by the lecturere, the fine arts pedagogue Mgr. Miriam Kavulicova-Tomasiakova, where, besides many other aesthetic and practically used objects the above-mentioned artifact was made.

Natasa Slobodnikova - My Life. Speaking is divided into several chapter, each focused on principal events of her life, beginning with her childhood, through family relations, education, before and after Revolution development, to activism and activities aimed for raising the living standard of Roma. She is the chairwoman of the Regional Association of the Romani Initiatives, seated in Banska Bystrica.

Stefan Banyak - Speaking about Music

Štefan Banyák (1938-) is a Roma musician, playing the violin. He founded the Orchestra of Roma Musicians in Dunajská Streda, currently Bihári Orchestra, and he is the main organizer of Bihári festival held in Dunajská Streda every year. The musician is a chairman of the Civil Association (CA) of Roma Musicians in Dunajská Streda. At present, he works mainly with young Roma musicians and at the same time he actively performs at various music events.
